On January 24, 2024, Roberts/Smart Centre participated in Bell Let’s Talk Day, “the world’s largest conversation about mental health, encouraging Canadians and people around the world to talk and take action to help reduce stigma and promote awareness and understanding so everyone can get the help they need” (source).

This year’s theme was “Let’s create real change”. Our youth and staff came together to highlight inspirational messages and share what creating change for mental health means to them.

We were proud to partner with Bell Let’s Talk, and are grateful for their support of our programs for at-risk youth. We know that when youth can access the mental health support that they need and deserve, it can positively change the course of their lives.
